The Board consists of the president of the National Committee, the vice-president, the treasurer-secretary, and from two to four assistant members. It is elected by the General Assembly for three years.
The Board manages the affairs of the National Committee and fixes the programme of activities of the Technical Commission. It appoints the representatives in the Technical Committee of ICOLD and assures the liaison with the national and international entreaties..
